The
Hotel School Australia recognises the importance of integrating classroom study
with practical industry experience. It is now time for you to apply the knowledge you
have learnt at university into a real-world experience by undertaking your Industry
Internship.

The Hotel School Australia integrates a Work Integrated Learning (WIL) program into the courses. Work integrated learning is the term given to a university program that integrates learning with its application in the workplace.

Our internship programs are a key part of our degrees, designed to assist you to discover the career pathway best suited to you. You can take this opportunity to experience a career in a chosen area of interest such as food and beverage, guest services or sales and marketing.

There are internship opportunities throughout Australia or internationally, so you can take this opportunity to explore a new culture whilst you travel and work. You can also experience working in any sector including tourism, hospitality, event management or hotel management, or in different types of organisations including luxury hotels, boutique businesses or start-ups. Internships are a combination of workplace experience and related academic assessments.
